My name is Alana, I am your new Executive Lead, Clinical Services. I have over 15 years’ experience in healthcare, including a wide ray of roles inclusive of Personal Care Worker, Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, and lastly Acting Nurse Unit Manager. I intend to be of assistance to Clinical staff and have an “open door” policy for any distress and happy to clarify things as I continue to settle into my role as Clinical Lead. I do want all residents, families and staff to find me as approachable and understanding. Also, If I am unable to assist you, I will aim to find whom is best of aid to you.
