Following the Covid outbreak we have heard your feedback and agree with
the decision of the Aged Care Safety Commission that we need to improve
the Care and Services we provide.
In consultation with Advisors and based on audits, observations, and trends
of clinical incidents the following Training Program has been developed.
The goal is not only to address the immediate risk but to ensure that the
learning is embedded to sustain behavioural change in the workplace.
