With a full boundary fence for privacy and security, each unit has a car port and private outdoor area. These units feature quality fittings and appliances, refrigerated air-conditioning, central heating and fittings to assist with mobility.
As we recognize the important role that pets play in the lives of many people, Eventide Units are pet-friendly.
Accommodation is based on a licence agreement and a weekly service/maintenance fee is charged. Residents are also responsible for paying municipal rates, household contents insurance and utilities.
Units can be purchased off-the-plan or, at times, an existing unit may become available. All units are priced differently, depending on the property valuation at the time of sale, and are acquired by lease agreement.
