Registered Nurse
$80,000 – $89,999 base + other great benefits
Full Time or Part Time positions available
We’re building a new clinical team and doing exciting new things in our friendly and caring setting and have full-time and part-time positions available.
About you:

- You have attention to detail in best practice nursing and clinical care
- You have empathy for aged people and understand principles of person-centred care
- You enjoy applying your nursing skills to make a positive difference to people
- You have experience in care planning, assessments, reviews, and documentation
- You build and maintain strong relationships within the business, with our residents and family members
- As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will ensure a high and consistent standard of care to our residents on a full-time or part-time basis.

Personal Care Worker (PCW)
Full Time & Part Time positions available
We are seeking Personal Care Workers (PCW) to join our awesome team in providing high quality care; and exceptional dignity, respect, and quality of life to our wonderful residents.
Casual, part-time, or full-time positions are available, working shifts that include day, afternoon, and night duty; weekends; and public holidays. We do assist staff with shift preferences to help with their work/family balance.
About you:
- You share our vision that aged care is crucial, and the elderly deserve the best
- You demonstrate respect for vulnerable people, and have kindness and integrity that keeps them protected and safe
- You have a Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- You understand the principles of person-centred care and appropriate escalation of health issues and care needs
- You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
